4 months in Alli’s program made me know for sure that everything I needed, I already had. Everything I had, was all I needed. By doing the inner work, and getting curious about why I operated the way I did, it allowed me to have the information necessary to start to rebuild and work toward a new perspective and focus on who I want to be in the world, not who I want people to think I am. I am grateful for the freedom and peace I now feel in my mind.
